How do you handle sensitive data and compliance?

Everything is deployed inside the client's Microsoft 365 tenant. Data does not leave their regulatory environment. We meet Microsoft's security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR where applicable) inherited from the platform.

Can you integrate with SAP, Oracle or legacy systems?

Yes. Power Automate has native connectors for more than 800 systems, including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce and on-premise databases. For specific cases we build custom connectors.

How long until ROI?

The first flows are running in 30 days. ROI is measured from month one in hours recovered and reduction of manual errors. Typical cases: 60-80% reduction in time spent on regulatory reports.

What if I need to modify a flow later?

We hand over the documented flow and train your team to operate it. Minor changes are made by your team. For major changes we offer ongoing support and a monthly retainer.

How do you charge?

Fixed-price projects with scope and price defined in the proposal. No surprises. For post-implementation support we offer monthly retainers based on expected volume of changes.

Do you work outside Chile?
